1. Local-First Processing

Unlike traditional image hosting or online conversion platforms, ImagePine uses client-side execution. When you drag and drop a file, your browser reads the image format directly from your device storage into memory.

All filters, canvas transforms, quality compression, resizing scripts, and conversion modules run locally on your device's web sandbox. The processing is completed entirely offline inside your browser tab.

2. Zero Server Transmission

We do not maintain servers to store or process your documents. No upload progress bar means no data is actually sent to any external server. We do not transfer your files to backend APIs, third-party databases, or cloud endpoints. Your raw assets, output results, and private PDFs never traverse the internet.

3. Browser Storage and History logs

Our tools may offer a local "History Log" feature showing a summary of your recent exports. This history is stored strictly using your browser's local sandbox storage (such as `localStorage` or `IndexedDB`).

This data is strictly private to your machine and is never synced, sold, or shared with us. You can clear this history anytime by using the "Clear All" buttons or by deleting your browser cache.

4. Web Analytics and Logging

To ensure platform stability, improve user experience, and check for build issues, we gather standard, anonymous analytical statistics (such as page views, referrer domains, and load speeds).

This logging processes strictly anonymous metadata and does not capture names, email addresses, geographical locations, or IP address tags associated with PII.

5. Email Subscriptions

You may voluntarily subscribe to ImagePine product updates and announcements by providing your email address through our subscription popup. This is entirely optional. No account or subscription is required to use any of our tools.

Email addresses collected through the subscription form are stored securely using Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a trusted third-party email marketing platform. Your email address will only ever be used to send you ImagePine product updates, new feature announcements, and related communications.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email we send. Upon unsubscribing, your email address will be removed from our mailing list promptly.

6. Bot Protection and Cookies

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our subscription and contact forms to protect against spam, abuse, and automated bot submissions. Turnstile operates invisibly in the background. No CAPTCHA puzzle or checkbox is shown to legitimate users.

As part of this protection, Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies or use similar browser-local storage mechanisms to distinguish legitimate human users from automated traffic. These cookies are technical in nature and contain no personal information. Use of Cloudflare Turnstile is subject to the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We also use browser cookies to remember your subscription and popup dismissal preferences (e.g., to avoid showing the subscription popup repeatedly to users who have already subscribed or dismissed it). These cookies do not contain personal data and are stored only on your device.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this policy occasionally as we introduce new tools. Rest assured, our core privacy principle will remain unchanged: your images and documents will never be uploaded.
